Brow lift
Endoscopic brow lift
An endoscopic brow lift is performed using a telescope positioned through scalp incisions releasing the attachment of the eye brows to the structures above the eye. The tissues are then elevated and secured with sutures placed through drill holes in the skull or using special plastic “grippers”. Clips are used to close the wounds in the hair which are removed at five to seven days.
The early correction following a brow lift can be quite severe but the eye brows will settle into a more relaxed position after the first few weeks.
